CAROL PARKES RECEIVES PAUL HARRIS FELLOW AWARD

Last night we attended the 28th Charter Celebration of The Rotary Club of Stafford Knot, a club that has supported us for several years with fundraising and volunteers.

Geoff, president, in particular has been a huge help, volunteering multiple times a week at CARE helping with groups and onsite with maintenance. Towards the end of a great evening he presented the Paul Harris Fellow Award to Carol in recognition of her work at CARE in mental health, supporting vulnerable adults and young people. The award is a really prestigious one, it was a lovely surprise and we’re very grateful to the club for putting Carol forward for recognition!

Carol & CARE feel really honoured to receive the award and Carol wanted to say thanks to everyone involved with making CARE what it is.
