CARE Team Gets Together For A Day of CPD & Training
Last week we had a training day for our team covering a number of topics including Safeguarding, Learner ILP’s, Data Analysis, AI and more.
Great chance to get together as a team to learn and discuss ideas going forwards. Thanks to everyone who presented and lots of good practise was shared.
The team are committed to furthering their own professional development so we can continue to develop and innovate allowing us to provide the best possible service to the community we can. Lovely to have some new members of the team present and sharing their experience.
Plus we had a lovely lunch courtesy of The Courtyard Restaurant!
